The company has been established in India during December 1998 having its base at Chennai. The products of the Company are patented and unique. 26 Ceramics and various mineral oxides powder have been mixed, shaped into bio-ceramic products after preheating them to 1600oC. This mixture is capable of producing Far Infra Red Rays. The FIR activates the water molecules in our body thus increasing our blood circulation. When blood circulation is improved, various ailments are cured naturally. Moreover, these products are harmless to our health, and hence we can use them all the day.

Types of marketing -

There are various types of marketing - Traditional, Multi-level marketing etc.

Traditional Marketing Strategy

In traditional marketing, a product is marketed through its National Distributor, State Distributor, City/Town Distributor, Wholesale dealer and Retail shops. When a product travels through this hierarchy, its price is increased at every level and finally you will be paying around 60% to 65% more than its cost price. This price includes the commission at various percentage paid to above network and the advertising cost. The advertising cost that we pay is gained neither by the above network nor by the company.

In traditional marketing, from the point of Distributors, they will have to invest a huge amount towards Deposits for taking the Distributorship and comply with various requirements. If the business develops wider, he has to make his establishment wider.

Multilevel Marketing Strategy

When the same product is marketed through Network Marketing (otherwise Multi-level Marketing) the cost of advertisement is completely avoided. So the product reaches the customer with minimal profit (of course the profit level may be the same in traditional marketing also). The customer will not have to pay for the advertisement charges. Thus both the customer and the distributors are satisfied.

In multi-level marketing, a distributor has to invest a minimum amount and to sponsor many distributors like him who will also invest a minimum amount. This type of marketing, unlike the traditional marketing, is spread through words. This has a great impact than advertisements.

Conybio Healthcare (India) Pvt, Ltd. is one of such multi-level marketing companies. There is much scope for the products of Conybio since they are healthcare products, and the customers have invest one time. Lets see the business plan.

Now the business plan -

When you join as an Independent Distributor of the company, you will be given a kit worth Rs. 2200/- to Rs.2500/- app. and a folder worth Rs. 500/-. You will be given a unique ID Number and 1500 Business Volume (BV), (otherwise "Points" based on which your achievement will be calculated) will be credited to your account. You can retail the products in the kit with a margin of 15% - 20%. Then you may sponsor many distributors like you, so that your network increases. The BV of those you sponsored and the BV of those sponsored by them are aggregated. This is called your PGBV (Personal and Group Business Volume). The most important thing to point out here is that this PGBV will remain permanent in your account. The PGBV of you and your group will be added every month so that your percentage of commission will rise. (Almost all the other companies are calculating your percentage based on the current month's PGBV only. This makes your commission percentage rise and down.) In Conybio, your percentage will never go down. The next important thing is that your distributorship will not be terminated if you don't do any business. (Some multi-level marketing companies terminate the distributorship if you are idle for certain period.)

There are four types of Bonuses in Conybio - (1) Performance Bonus (2) Leadership Development Bonus, (3) Leadership Overriding Bonus and (4) Crown Breakaway Bonus. Apart from these there are other benefits like Car/Housing Fund also.

Performance Bonus (5% to 20%)

If your PGBV crosses beyond the specified limit you will be eligible for appropriate percentage commission of your PGBV. Since your PGBV is permanently credited to your account, you can achieve the limits very easily, i.e. you don't need to work hard to develop your network.

For example, consider that you sponsor a distributor, say A, this month and remain idel for the rest of the month. In the next month, you are sponsoring one more distributor, say B, and A sponsors one more distributor, say A1. Similarly, in the next month you sponsor one more distributor, say C, A sponsors one more distributor, say A2, and B sponsors one more distributor, say B1. If this network continues, can you imagine the number of distributors in your network at the end of one year?

It will be 4,095. Your PGBV will be app. Your percentage will be 30% or more. And you will be eligible for many bonuses.  Isn't it amazing?

See the table below. As you start with 1500 BV the 150000 PGBV may pose as a big total. But you will soon realize how easier it is, than other multi-level marketing companies.

Once you go up to the rank of Manager you will be eligible for Leadership Development Bonus. Apart from the performance bonus of 20% you will get 6% of your PGBV + 5% of your next level distributor's PGBV + 4% of his next level distributor's PGBV multiplied by the points (This point may vary from month to month) derived every month. That is you are getting a bonus for the achievement of your group apart from the 20% of the PGBV. Because you are a Manager you are getting this bonus from two immediate down-lines otherwise called "Generation".

Well. If you become eligible for 25% you are ranked as Group Manager. What is the benefit? You get 25% of your PGBV. Apart from this you take bonus from your three down-lines' PGBV at 6% of PGBV, 5%, 4% and 3% respectively multiplied by the point derived as explained above. That is you stretch your hands upto your third Generation.  This is called "Leadership Overriding Bonus".

Still, if you move up to 30% you are ranked as Area Manager. You get 30% of your PGBV. You take 6%, 5%, 4%, 3% and 3% of your down-lines' achievement to get the L.D.B. based on the abovesaid formula.

Ok. What if you further move up? You are ranked Diamond Manager. You get 34% of your PGBV. You take 6%, 5%, 4%, 3%, 3% and 2% of your down-lines' achievement to get the L.D.B. as said above.  Here, apart from the L.D.B. and L.O.B. you are eligible for Car / Housing Fund (C.H.F.) if you fulfill some extra conditions.

And so on, there is a high scope for you to become Crown Diamond Manager. When you become a C.D.M. you are paid 40% of your PGBV. You stretch your mighty hands upto 7th Generation.

And above all, there is a Crown Breakaway Bonus. That is, even if your 3 down-lines become C.D.M. you get 3%, 2% and 1% of Non-C.D.M.'s Group BV.
